Meditation Classes

Mediation classes are conducted by friendly ordained Buddhist monks at various locations. One to one or ad hoc classes may also be available by arrangement.

Our meditation classes focus on breathing and focus. The idea is to achieve a state of peace physically, mentally and spiritually. This can be attained most effectively through regular practice and awareness.

Naturally, there is much benefit to meditation. We believe that the mind and soul is the centre of the human body and its existence. Through cultivating a mind and soul which is free, every other aspect of your life will become more peaceful and rewarding. Meditation is a great first step to understanding yourself and becoming more at peace.

Please call or email the temple to confirm the schedule before attending.
